Chhote Miyan Restaurant

Chhote Miyan Restaurant is located down in Zampa Bazar in Surat. We are on the ground floor of the Jangbarwala Plaza on Karwa Road. It is a pretty easy place to find once you are in the area. We are actually right below Dr Jangbarwala’s Clinic. A lot of people coming from the clinic or just walking through Zampa Bazar stop in. We have been in this shop, Shop Number 2, for some time. It is not a very large place, but we make it work for what we do. The neighborhood is always moving and there is a lot of noise from the street, but that is just how it is in this part of Surat. We open up early and stay until the work is done. It is just a regular restaurant where we try to keep things moving. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, it is just us working here every day. Some days are slower than others, but we usually have a steady flow of people. We see a lot of the same people every week. If you are looking for us, just head toward the plaza on Karwa Road. We are right there at the bottom. It is a simple life running a place like this, and we just take it one day at a time here in the market. We are glad to be here and just want to keep the kitchen going as long as we can. It is part of our lives now.
