You can find our place at G-5/6 in the Aagam Krupa Complex. We are located right on the Surat Dumas Road in Vesu. It’s a busy part of Surat, especially with the Swastik Wood Apartment right nearby. We’ve been running this restaurant for a bit, and it’s mostly just us and a few helpers in the back. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work with the tables we have. It gets a lot of light during the day because of the front windows. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and getting the sauces ready before we open the doors. The traffic on Dumas Road can be pretty loud, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the kitchen. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a local business where we do the cooking and the cleaning ourselves. Sometimes we run out of chairs when a big group shows up unannounced, but we usually find a way to squeeze everyone in. We try to keep things simple with the menu. It’s just the food we like to eat. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us. We’re just here every day, making sure the food is ready for whoever walks through the door in Vesu. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we do for a living now. We stay late to clean up.
