Gajananand Foods Pvt Ltd is located over on Mysore Road in Udhna, specifically at units 120 and 121. It’s a big industrial area, so there are lots of factories and warehouses all around us. The building is large enough to hold all our equipment and the supplies we need for the food items we make every day. You can usually smell whatever is being prepared as soon as you get close to the main gate. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running smoothly in those two units. We have people coming in shifts, and there is always a constant hum from the machinery in the background. It’s not the kind of place where you sit down and relax much. We spend most of our time on our feet, checking the production lines and making sure the packaging is done right before it goes out. Mysore Road can get very congested with big trucks, which makes getting our shipments out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve been in Udhna for some time now, so we are used to the noise and the fast pace of the industrial neighborhood. The interior of units 120 and 121 is focused on utility, with plenty of stainless steel and bright lights so we can see what we are doing. It’s a busy food business, and we just focus on getting the day's tasks finished. It’s a lot of responsibility to manage everything here in the factory.
