Gajanan Food Enterprise

We are over here at Plot No. 206 in Ashopalav Raw House, specifically in Vibhag 2 of Taluka Kamrej. It is a busy little spot, mostly because of how things are laid out in this part of town. Our setup at Gajanan Food Enterprise is pretty straightforward. We spend most of our mornings just getting everything ready for the day ahead. There is always something to move or organize around the plot. People around here know the address well because it is easy to find once you get into Vibhag 2. We have been working out of this space for a while now, and it feels like home to us. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, making the work inside a bit of a challenge, but we just keep at it. We don't really have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can get the food items handled and sent out where they need to go. If you are ever driving through Kamrej, you will see a lot of similar small businesses, but we like our corner here. The neighbors are usually busy with their own stuff too, so it is a productive kind of environment. We focus on what is right in front of us, making sure the daily tasks are finished before the sun goes down. It is not always perfect, and some days are definitely longer than others, but that is just how it goes when you are running things yourself.
