We’re located right on Ring Road in Surat. If you know this area, you know it stays pretty busy most of the time. There’s always traffic and people moving about. Our restaurant is just a part of that daily life here. We don’t have a long story or some grand vision. We opened up because we wanted to have a place where people could come and eat without any fuss. The team here is mostly local folks who know the neighborhood. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure the floor is swept before the first people come in. It’s a lot of routine, but we like the rhythm of it. Ring Road is a good spot because everyone passes by at some point. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up or a light bulb flickers, and we just fix it and keep going. We don’t have a marketing department writing things for us. It’s just us. We want the place to feel honest. You walk in, you sit down, you get your food. That’s the whole process. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we just stay focused on our own four walls. It’s a simple setup. We don’t try to be the loudest or the brightest on the street. We just want to be reliable for the people who stop by Surat. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day. There is always someone here cleaning or prepping.
