Falafel Lovers

We are located right at Shop Number 5/6/19 in Megh Mayur Plaza. If you know Parle Point Road, you have probably walked past us a dozen times already. We are just across from Jani Farshan, which is a big landmark around here in Surat. Most days, we are busy prepping the chickpeas and chopping up fresh vegetables in the back. It gets quite crowded on this stretch of road, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a snack or walking home. We have been in this spot for a bit, and we know most of the regular faces who stop by after work. The shop is not huge, but we make it work with the small space we have. Sometimes the delivery bikes get bunched up out front, which can be a bit of a headache, but we manage to sort it out. We do everything ourselves, from the frying to the cleaning up at night. Surat 395007 is a lively area, and being at Parle Point means there is always noise and movement outside our doors. We open up and start the fryers early so everything is ready for the lunch crowd. It is honest work. We do not have fancy decorations or anything, just some tables and the kitchen where we spend most of our hours. If the weather is nice, people like to stand outside and eat. When it rains, we all huddle inside the plaza. It is just how things go here.
