It is mostly just a residential area, so it is pretty quiet most of the time, which we actually prefer for getting work finished. We are not some big corporation with a glass skyscraper or anything. It is just our small space where we manage the day-to-day stuff. Living and working around Sarthana means we see the same faces every morning. We started this because we wanted to do something with food, and this spot worked out for us. Sometimes the traffic near the Jakatnaka gets a bit backed up, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of our time just looking at orders or checking on supplies. It isn't always exciting, but it is what we do. The apartment building where we are is well-kept, and we try to keep things simple inside our unit. We do not have fancy signs or a big lobby. People who need to find us usually just call or drop by if they are in the neighborhood. It is a straightforward setup. We handle everything from here, from the first thought of a product to the final details. It is a lot of work, but being in a familiar place makes it feel more manageable. We are just regular people trying to make a go of it.
