Dil Se Re Restaurant

Up here on the second floor of Imperial Square, things stay pretty busy. We are right above the Star Bazar in Adajan, which helps people find us easily enough. Being on Pal Road means there is always traffic and people moving around. Dil Se Re Restaurant is just a place where we cook the food we know. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us. My family and a few workers keep the kitchen going every day. Some days are louder than others, especially when the mall downstairs gets crowded. We get a lot of regulars who live nearby in Adajan Dn or come over from the other side of Surat. The kitchen gets hot, and sometimes we run out of things early, but we try to keep up. It’s a plain setup, nothing too stylish. We just wanted a spot where people could sit down and eat without too much fuss. You take the stairs or the lift up to the second floor and you'll find us. We’ve been here long enough that the walls have a few scuffs, but the food is why people come back. It’s a local business through and through. We don’t do big ads. Usually, someone just tells their neighbor about us and that’s how we stay open. It’s hard work but it’s what we do. It is just a regular restaurant for regular people.
