Crysttal Palace Restaurant & Banquet Hall

We are located in Surat at Piplod, specifically in Swaskit House. If you know the area, you know Kargil Chowk is always busy. Our place, Crysttal Palace Restaurant & Banquet Hall, takes up both the higher ground floor and the upper basement. It’s a bit of a weird layout but it works for us. Being right opposite Lake View Garden means we see people walking their dogs or just hanging out all the time. Sometimes the traffic at the chowk gets really loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place running and making sure things are where they should be. The stairs between the two levels keep us moving all day long. In the basement, you don't really hear the street noise as much, which is nice. Piplod has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings coming up around Swaskit House, but the garden is still there. Most people find us by looking for the lake view side. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just us working here every day. We open the doors, check the lights, and wait for the first people to come in. The heat in Surat can be a lot, so we try to keep it cool inside. It’s just a regular spot on the ground floor where we deal with deliveries and walk-ins. We don't have a big marketing team, just our sign out front.
