Castel Refrigeration

We’ve been at Shop No.163 for a while now. Khatodara Gidc is a busy area, especially near the old subjail. The ring road keeps traffic moving past us all day long. Most people know where the shop is because it's right in the thick of the industrial area. We handle cooling units and fridges mostly. It’s a lot of manual work and the shop gets pretty dusty sometimes with all the trucks going by. It’s just how it is here. Most mornings start with a cup of tea before we get into the repairs. Sometimes the traffic is so loud we can barely hear the phone ring, but we manage. People come in from all over the Gidc when their equipment breaks down. We don’t have any fancy waiting room or anything like that. Just some benches and tools everywhere. It’s a practical place. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The old subjail is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We stay busy with the local businesses around here. It gets hot in the afternoons, so being in the refrigeration business makes sense, I guess. We just try to get the jobs done so people can get back to their own work. It's nothing fancy, just a local shop trying to stay on top of things. We keep the doors open and the fans going. That's about it for us.
