Ashish Pan Center

Ashish Pan Center is located in the Pandesara area, specifically in B Wing 61. It is a bit tucked away, so you might miss it if you aren't paying attention to the building numbers. The shop is quite small and very simple, with just enough space for our supplies and a couple of us to work behind the counter. We spend a good part of our day getting all the ingredients ready for the pan, making sure everything is chopped and prepared before the evening rush starts. Pandesara is a very busy part of the city, and there are always people moving through the different wings of the buildings here. Our shop is just one of those little places where people stop for a minute before moving on with their business. We don't have any bright decorations or music playing. It is just a quiet corner in B Wing. The lighting isn't very bright, but it stays cool enough for us to work comfortably. We see many of the same faces every single day, mostly people who work nearby and want a quick break. Sometimes the delivery of fresh leaves doesn't arrive on time, and we just have to tell the customers to come back later. It isn't a big deal to them. We just do the work and close up the shop when it gets dark. It is a very basic business, nothing more than a simple counter and some shelves for our supplies. We've been here a while and things stay mostly the same.
