Hotel Libra

We are located in the Raj Bagh area of Srinagar, right inside the neighborhood near the main part of Rajbagh. It is a nice part of the city to be in. Our hotel is a simple building, nothing too flashy on the outside or the inside. We have got a handful of rooms that we keep ready for travelers. The weather here can get quite cold, so we spend a lot of time making sure the blankets are thick and the rooms stay as warm as possible. It is mostly just us running things day to day. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a sign out front. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, but we try to keep it working for the guests. There is a lot of wood used in the building, which gives it a bit of a local feel. We usually have tea ready if someone comes in from the cold. It is a quiet place for the most part, away from the heaviest traffic. We do the cleaning ourselves and make sure the bathrooms are okay. People stay with us when they want to be in Raj Bagh without paying for the big expensive resorts. It is just an honest place to put your head down for the night. We try to be helpful whenever someone asks for something.
