You can find Hotel New Blue Diamond on Nai Sadak, right by Kaka Road. It’s a lively part of the city where things never really seem to quiet down. We have been here for a good while, running this place as a family. The building itself has some age to it, so it’s not like those brand new glass towers you see in the bigger cities. We spend a lot of our time checking people in, making sure the linens are clean, and talking to the guests about where they can find a good meal nearby. The rooms are basic but they do the job for someone needing a place to sleep for a night or two. Sometimes the street noise from Nai Sadak drifts inside, but that’s part of staying in the middle of town. We keep a small register at the front desk where everything is written down by hand. There isn’t a big staff here, just a few of us who handle everything from the cleaning to the maintenance. Kaka Road is right there, so getting around is pretty simple for anyone staying with us. We often see the same travelers coming back when they are passing through this way again. It’s a modest hotel and we don’t try to make it seem like more than what it is. Just a place to stay while you're on your way somewhere else.
