We are located at house number 36 in Iqbal Colony, specifically near the Shaban Bandsah area of Sonwar Bagh here in Srinagar. Our pin code is 190004. It’s a quiet enough spot, though you’ll hear the local traffic from time to time. This isn't one of those big, shiny hotels you see in brochures. It’s more of a local building that we’ve turned into a place for people to stay. We have rooms that are basic but they do the job. The weather in Jammu and Kashmir can be quite unpredictable, so we spend a lot of our time making sure the heating works and there’s enough hot tea to go around. The staff here are all locals from the neighborhood. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big polished reception desk. It’s usually just one of us sitting there to help you out. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we just keep doing what we do. If you need a place to sleep that’s close to the bagh, we are here. It’s a simple operation, really. We don’t go for all that marketing talk. We just provide a room and a bed. Sometimes the internet is slow and the power goes out, but that’s just life in Srinagar for you. We try our best to keep things tidy and comfortable for whoever walks through the door.
