We have been here in Palam Village for quite a while now. It is just us at Wz-161, dealing with food orders for different events around New Delhi. We do not have a fancy office or a shiny storefront, just a practical workspace where we get things done every day. Mostly, we spend our time making sure the menus are ready and the staff knows where they need to be for the next shift. It gets pretty busy here in the village, so sometimes things are a bit loud outside with the traffic, but that is just how the neighborhood is. We handle big pots and a lot of fresh vegetables daily. Most people find out about us through word of mouth, which is what keeps us going month after month. Our address is easy enough to find if you know this part of town well. We are not doing anything revolutionary here, just cooking and packing meals for people who need them. It is a lot of manual work, honestly. We usually wake up very early to start the prep work before the heat gets too bad in the summer months. Some days are much longer than others, especially when there are multiple events on the same Saturday. We just try to keep the food warm and the deliveries on time. Our team is small, mostly just local people who live nearby, which helps a lot with the early starts. We just use our phones and a simple diary for all the bookings.
