Food Spine

Food Spine is based in 305, Metro View Apartments, which is in Pocket-B of Sector-13, Dwarka. It’s a bit different being in an apartment complex, but it works for the way we handle things. We use the space mainly for the planning and the smaller parts of the business. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice when you need to focus on the numbers or the menus. Sector-13 is a good part of Dwarka, fairly well-connected and easy to find once you know which gate to enter. We’ve been here for a couple of years. The rooms are filled with folders and some of our smaller equipment. It’s not like a big commercial warehouse; it feels more like a home office that grew too big. We have a small window that looks out over the parking area, and we often see the delivery bikes coming and going. We chose the name Food Spine because we think of the kitchen as the backbone of what we do. It’s just us running things, no big board of directors or anything like that. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a simple, everyday routine for us here in Dwarka. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. We usually finish up the paperwork by late afternoon and check our supplies for the next day.
