Our office is over in Dwarka, specifically in Phase-II, Pocket-II of Sector-14. We are in Flat No-223 on the third floor of the DDA LIG flats. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and it definitely feels more like a residential apartment than a big corporate headquarters. Gamma Pizza Kraft Pvt Ltd is what we go by on all the official documents. We spend our time here handling the backend of the pizza business. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking on supplies, and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. Since we are in a DDA flat, it feels very domestic. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own lunches. It is quiet for the most part, except for when the delivery guys come by to drop off reports or when the phones start ringing with questions from the outlets. We aren't the ones actually tossing the dough here; we are the ones making sure the lights stay on and the flour gets ordered. Dwarks is a big area, so being centrally located near Sector-14 helps us stay connected to everything. We have a couple of old desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is just a group of us trying to keep things running smoothly without making too much of a fuss about it. We stay late some nights when the books don't balance. We just do the work.
