Domino'S Pizza India Ltd.

Our spot is over in West Sagar Pur at Rz-6/209, right on Street No.4 in J Block. It’s a busy little corner of Delhi. The main thing you notice is the smell of baking bread and the sound of the delivery bikes starting up. We have a small area where people can stand and wait for their orders. It’s not a big fancy dining room. Most of the space is taken up by the big ovens and the prep tables. The tiles on the floor are always being mopped because people are coming in and out from the dusty street. Street No.4 is usually crowded with people and dogs, so the drivers have to be careful when they head out. We have a counter where the phone sits, and it rings quite a bit. The staff wears their uniforms, and they are usually covered in a bit of flour by the end of the shift. It gets really hot near the ovens, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. We don't have much decoration on the walls, just the stuff we need to work. It’s a practical setup for making food and getting it out the door. People from J Block stop by on their way home. We just keep making the dough and topping the pizzas as the orders come in. It’s a simple, fast-paced routine every single day. We stay busy until the lights go off.
