Gourmet Kitchen Pvt. Ltd. is based in Sector 2 of Dwarka. We are located at Flat No.1 in the DDA SFS Flats, specifically in Pocket No. 1. It is a bit unusual to have a company in a residential flat, but it suits what we do perfectly. New Delhi - 75 is our home base. The flat has a lived-in feel to it, and we have set up our kitchen operations right there. It is not a shiny corporate office with a lobby. Instead, you walk through the regular DDA corridors to find us. We spend a lot of time here testing out recipes and managing the business side of things. Dwarka is a planned area, so it is a bit quieter than the old parts of the city, which we appreciate. The pocket where we are located is quite friendly. We have some neighbors who have been here as long as we have. We don't have any massive billboards or signs out front, just a small nameplate. It is a practical way to run a kitchen business. Every morning we start early to get things moving. There is always a lot of washing up and prep work to do. We just focus on the food and the orders. It is a simple, hardworking environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We just like our spot in Flat No. 1 and the work we do every day.
