We are located at Rz-1114 in Gali No-9A, right in the middle of Sada Nagar. It is a tight street, so getting our supplies in can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve been doing this for years, mostly serving the families who live nearby. Our kitchen isn't very large, but we manage to get a lot of cooking done in there. It usually smells like onions and spices around here from very early in the morning. We do everything from small dinners to larger gatherings when someone in the area has a wedding or a big celebration. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. It feels more like a family thing than a regular company. We handle the shopping ourselves, going to the local markets to find what we need for the day's menu. There isn't much time for sitting around. When we aren't cooking, we are usually cleaning or fixing things in the shop. It is a bit messy sometimes with all the crates and bags of flour around, but that is just how a busy kitchen looks. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most people just walk into the gali and find us. We just focus on the food and making sure we have enough plates for everyone who is coming to eat. Dealing with the heat in that kitchen is tough, but we get by.
