Ambassdors Sky Chef

Our place, Ambassdors Sky Chef, is located at H No.129 in the Palam Extension area. We are quite close to Sector-7 in Dwarka, which makes it easy to find if you know the neighborhood. New Delhi 45 is a busy place to be, especially around here where there is always something going on. We spend most of our day focused on the kitchen work and making sure things are ready. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything like that, just a functional space where we get the job done. The staff here has been around for a bit, and we all know each other’s habits by now. The morning starts early because that’s just the nature of the work we do. Being near Dwarka is handy because the roads are wide, though the traffic near Palam can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve got the usual equipment you’d expect and some old chairs in the break area that we should probably replace soon. People sometimes miss the entrance because the sign is a bit small, but once you find H No.129, you’re there. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a bit noisy, a bit hectic, and usually smells like whatever is cooking that day.
