Christian Caterers

We are based in Dwarka at Manish Twin Plaza, specifically T-4 in Sector-11. Running Christian Caterers out of a plaza means we are always dealing with the elevator or the stairs when we have big deliveries. It’s a lot of moving parts. We aren't a big corporation with a board of directors. It’s just us trying to keep the kitchen organized and the orders straight. Dwarka is quite spread out, so we spend a lot of time in our vehicles stuck in traffic on the main roads. The kitchen gets really hot during the day, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We don't spend money on polished brochures or fancy advertisements. We just focus on the work at hand. Most of our equipment is well-used and we know exactly how each stove behaves. Some mornings are quiet, and we sit around having tea before the rush starts. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and everyone is running around trying to find a misplaced lid or a clean apron. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how a working kitchen is. We don’t try to act like we are something we aren't. We just want to get the food cooked and delivered without any major disasters. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we are okay with that. We just do our best to stay organized and keep moving forward every single day without making things too complicated.
