Aggarwal Catrers

Aggarwal Catrers is located at Rz-D1/80 on Street No-7 in Mahavir Enclave, which is part of the Palam Colony area. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, tucked into a residential street where people know their neighbors. The building is a typical Delhi structure with a small entrance that leads to our work area. We have a lot of equipment stored here, from the big gas burners to the stacks of metal trays. It always feels a bit cramped because there’s so much stuff needed for catering. Palam Colony is a busy place, but Street 7 has its own little community that we see every day. We spend our mornings checking the schedule and making sure the staff knows where they’re going. The neighborhood is full of families, so there’s always something going on nearby. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s not as crazy as the main markets. The air in the kitchen is usually full of the smell of spices being roasted. We don't have a big office or anything fancy; just a desk in the corner with some notebooks and a phone. The walls are plain and the floor is concrete, which makes it easier to wash down after a long day of cooking. We’re just regular people trying to keep the business running from this small spot on Street 7. It’s about the hard work and the long hours, and we don't try to sugarcoat it.
