Our place is located at D 179 A in Raj Nagar Part-2, which is over in Dwarka. It’s a busy little corner of the neighborhood. Most mornings, you’ll see us hauling big stainless steel containers in and out of the van. The neighbors probably know us by the noise of the lids clanking. We’ve been at this for a while now, just working out of this space. It’s not a showroom or anything, just a functional area where we get the prep work done. The kitchen gets pretty warm when the burners are all going at once. We have a few guys who have been with us for years, so we all know the routine without having to say much. Usually, the phone starts ringing around mid-morning with people asking about dates or menu items they saw. We don’t have a big office, just a desk tucked in the corner with a lot of notebooks. Dwarka has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings coming up everywhere. Parking can be a bit of a headache on our street when we have a big delivery going out. We try to stay organized, but sometimes things get messy when we are in the middle of a big job. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. We just keep moving forward. Every evening we pack up and get ready to do it again tomorrow.
