The Gourmet Factory( Catering)

Street No. 4 in Nasir Pur Colony is where we spend most of our time. The Gourmet Factory( Catering) is based out of H.No.44. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve turned our part of it into a workspace. Catering is hard work. You’re always on your feet. The kitchen is the heart of everything here. You can usually smell something cooking from the end of the street. It’s not a shiny factory with machines. It’s mostly people chopping, stirring, and packing things into boxes. Nasir Pur Colony is a bit crowded, and getting the delivery vans out of H.No. 44 can be a real headache some mornings. We have to coordinate with the neighbors so we don't block the road. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in New Delhi-110045. We just want to get the orders right. The floors are always being mopped. It’s a bit messy while we work, but that’s just how catering is. We don't have a fancy website with professional photos. We just have our food and our location. People around here know us. We are just a local group of workers trying to keep the kitchen running smoothly every single day. There’s no big corporate office here, just a lot of hard work and many pots and pans. We take the job seriously and go home tired.
