We are over at M-10 in the Greater Kailash Part-1 M Block Market. It’s a well-known area in Delhi, but our shop is just a regular place. Even though the address says Dabri as well, most people just look for the M Block Market signs. It gets really busy here, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. We spend a lot of time just organizing the racks and making sure everything looks decent. It's a lot of work, actually. The market has its own rhythm and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of stores. We just focus on this one. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we know how each other works. We usually have a quick lunch in the back room and then get back to it. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when the door is opening and closing all day, but we manage. People in GK-1 can be in a rush, so we try to keep things moving quickly. It’s an interesting place to work because you see all sorts of people walking by. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, open the shutters, and do our best to keep things tidy. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the energy of the market and the way the lights look when the sun starts to go down.
