Zaaika Junction

Delhi is always moving and our spot on Bhism Pitamah Marg is no different. We are situated in Kotla Mubarakpur, which stays crowded from morning until late at night. The traffic on the road never really stops. Being at number 805, we have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We started this place because we wanted to be part of the local scene here in Arjun Nagar. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a kitchen and some tables where people can sit down for a bit. The noise from the street comes in every time the door opens. We spend most of our day managing the supplies and making sure the food is ready for the rush. The heat in the summer makes the kitchen tough, but we manage to get through it. Most of our neighbors are small shops and people living in the apartments nearby. It’s a tight-knit area despite all the noise. We don’t have a big marketing team, just a few of us working behind the counter. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when too many people show up at once. We just try to get the orders out as they come. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but this is our life on the Marg. We keep things basic and stick to what we know works for the hungry people in Delhi.
