Subway Restaurant

We are over at 47 Defence Colony, right in the heart of the main market here in Delhi. It gets pretty loud outside with all the cars and people walking through the market every day. We’ve been here for a bit now. Our shop is just a regular spot where people come in when they are hungry or just need a quick lunch. The staff usually knows the regulars by now. We spend most of the morning getting the bread ready and chopping up the veggies. Sometimes the delivery guys are standing right by the door waiting for orders while we try to keep things moving. It’s not fancy or anything like that. Just a place to sit down for a minute or grab something to go. The afternoon rush can be a bit much, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping in Def Col. We try to keep the tables clean and the glass wiped down. It is a small space, but we make it work. Most days are just us keeping up with the orders and making sure the fridge is stocked. If you are walking around the market, you probably see us near the corner. It's 110024 area, so there's always something going on. We don't do anything special, just keep the counter open from morning till late evening for whoever stops by. We have a few tables inside if you want to sit. The fans are usually on high because it gets hot.
