Subway Restaurant Khan Market

We are located at Shop Number 8 C in Khan Market, on the ground floor. If you know Delhi, you know how this market is. It’s always crowded with people looking at shops or just walking around. Our spot is quite small, but we’ve been here for a while now. We start early in the morning, getting the ovens going. You can usually smell the bread from the sidewalk. It gets really packed during the lunch hour because so many people work in the offices nearby. We just try to keep the line moving as fast as we can. There isn't a lot of room to stand around, so people usually grab their food and head back out to the market. We use the same ingredients every day, mostly just lettuce, tomatoes, and the usual meats. The staff is used to the fast pace here. We don't have any fancy decorations or anything. It’s just the counter, the glass, and the tables. Sometimes the rain makes the market a bit messy, but people still come in anyway. We are right there in the 110003 area. It’s a practical place to get a meal without waiting too long. We just keep things simple and do our work day after day. Most of our customers are just looking for something quick before they go back to their shopping or work. We stay open until the market starts to quiet down at night.
