Seasons Restaurant

We are tucked inside Hotel Vikram over in Lajpat Nagar, which is a pretty crowded and energetic part of Delhi 110024. If you have ever walked through the markets nearby, you know how much is happening at every hour. Our restaurant isn't one of those places with a huge sign on the main road; we are part of the hotel setup. The staff here has been together for a while, and we just focus on the daily tasks. We wake up, check the kitchen supplies, and get the coffee going. Lajpat Nagar is the kind of place where you never really get a quiet moment, and we like that energy. It keeps us moving. It isn't a place for showing off or pretending to be something we aren't. We are just a restaurant where people can grab a meal without any drama. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up or a table wobbles, and we just fix it and move on. Being in the 110024 area means we see all sorts of people, from shoppers to business travelers staying at Hotel Vikram. We don't have a fancy philosophy. We just believe in being practical. If the food is ready and the guest is happy, then the day is a success. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. The walls here have seen a lot of meals and conversations over the years, and we just keep adding to it.
