You can find us at 85 Bharat Nagar, which is right in the New Friends Colony area of the city. It has a bit of a residential feel around the neighborhood, but we have had our carpet business running out of this specific spot for years. There is almost always that faint smell of wool and maybe a little bit of dye in the air when you walk through the front door. We deal with all sorts of carpets, some are quite big and others are just small rugs for a hallway. The floor is usually covered in various samples and rolls that we are constantly moving around to fill orders. It is definitely not a giant factory, just a practical and lived-in space where we handle all of our stock. The traffic in New Friends Colony can be a real headache in the evenings, so we always try to get our deliveries sorted out as early as possible. We have a few guys here who really know their way around different weaves and knots. Most of our day is spent unrolling carpets to show them to people or checking for any loose threads before the items are sent out. It gets a bit dusty with all that fabric lying around, so someone is always sweeping up. We do not have a marketing team or a fancy showroom with bright lights. It is mostly just us and these heavy stacks of carpets that we move around every single day.
