New Punjabi Sweets

We are over in the Okhla Industrial Estate, right in the DSIDC shed area. It’s Scheme No 1, Phase II 48 if you are looking for the exact spot. The shop stays pretty busy most days since there are so many people working around here. We just focus on making the sweets and getting things ready every morning. It gets quite loud outside with all the trucks and people moving about in the industrial zone, but we are used to it by now. It isn't a fancy place with lots of decorations or anything like that. We just have our space and we do what we need to do. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the festivals are coming up and everyone wants something. We’ve been at this address for a bit and people know where to find us. Usually, it's just the same faces coming in for their usual stuff. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down like this, so it’s a bit strange to describe the place. We just open up early, get the milk and sugar and everything else sorted, and start the day. If you are walking past the sheds in Phase II, you will probably see us there. It’s a plain setup, but it works for what we do. We just keep things moving and try to make sure there is enough for everyone who stops by after work or during their break. Sometimes the heat in the shed gets to be a lot, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy with the trays of food.
