Goodness Gracious

Our little place is at 86/A in Shahpur Jat, right near Asiad Village. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes here, you know how narrow they are. You have to dodge scooters and cows just to get to our door. It’s a creative area, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. The office is basically one big room where we do everything—designing, talking to customers, and packing up boxes. We have a lot of samples lying around, which makes the place look a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains really hard, so we have to move the stock around. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We spend a lot of time making sure the details are right on each order. It can be stressful when we have a deadline, but we usually manage to get through it with some music and a bit of humor. We’re just a small group of people trying to make a living in a very busy corner of the city. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't, and we keep things pretty simple.
