Our place is tucked away in Aya Nagar Village, right on the edge of New Delhi and Haryana. It is a bit of a mix here, with narrow streets and lots of people coming and going. This is where we handle things for Pepsi Foods. It is not a shiny office building in the middle of Gurgaon. It is a practical site where we actually do the work. You can hear the sounds of the village all day—the cows, the motorbikes, and kids playing. Inside, we are just a group of people trying to keep things organized. We have stacks of papers and old calendars on the walls. It is not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. I live nearby, so I just walk over most mornings. It is good to work in the same area where you live. Sometimes visitors get lost trying to find us because the lanes in Aya Nagar can be confusing if you do not know them. We do not mind. We just tell them to look for the big gate near the village center. We do not spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We would rather just focus on getting the food products sorted and shipped out. It is a lot of long hours, especially when there is a big order, but we are used to it by now. It is just what we do and we have been doing it for years.
