Adi Food Industry

Adi Food Industry is based at 90-A, Amrit Puri B, right on the main road in East of Kailash. It’s a very central location, which is great for business but means we deal with a lot of dust and noise from the traffic. Our space is divided between the production area and a small office section. We don't have a lot of room to spare, so everything is tucked away in its proper place. You’ll usually find us wearing aprons and hairnets because we’re very strict about the cleanliness of the food we handle. It’s hard work and involves a lot of standing and moving around. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just come in and make sure the food products are processed and packed correctly. The heat from the machines can make the room quite warm, especially during the summer months. We have a few big fans, but they only do so much. Our neighbors are a mix of other small businesses and residential apartments. We’ve been here long enough that we know the delivery drivers and the local shopkeepers by name. It’s a very grounded, local operation. We don’t spend much on advertising; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and people know our address. The office desk is always covered in order forms and pens, which is a sign of a busy day.
