Moti Mahal Delux

We are tucked into Unit 33 and 34 on the ground floor of the TDI Centre. If you are in Jasola Vihar, you probably know the building. It’s a corporate kind of area, so we get a lot of office people coming in for lunch. It’s a bit different than a street-side shop. The 110025 zip code is always moving. Inside, it's mostly just us trying to keep up with the orders. The ground floor location is good because people don't have to wander around looking for us. We have the usual setup with tables and chairs. It gets a bit cramped when the lunch hour hits at 1:00 PM. You see people in suits talking about work while they eat. I spend most of my time making sure the waiters are on point. The TDI Centre has its own vibe, and we just fit into a corner of it. It’s not a huge place, but we make it work. The kitchen is compact, so the staff has to be quick. We don't do anything flashy. It's just a place to get a meal when you're busy at the office. Sometimes the mall security comes by for a chat. We’ve been here for a bit now, so we know the regular crowd. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps us busy. My nephew helps out with the serving when he's not at college. He’s a bit slow sometimes but he’s a good kid who works hard to help us out.
