Mehak Restaurant

You can find us at Shop Number 5 on the main road in Kirlokri. We are quite close to the DDA Main Market, so there is always a lot of foot traffic near our door. Delhi can be a very loud and fast place, and this neighborhood is no different. Our restaurant is a small spot where people come to get a quick bite. We don't have fancy tablecloths or expensive decor. It is just a room with some tables and a kitchen that stays busy most of the day. We start our mornings early, chopping vegetables and getting the stove going. By the time the market gets busy, we are usually ready for the first customers. Some people take their food to go, while others sit for a bit and watch the cars go by on the main road. We see a lot of the same people every day, which is nice. It makes the work feel a bit more personal. We have to deal with the heat in the kitchen and the noise from the street, but that is part of the job. We don't use any special tricks to get people in. They just know we are here at shop number 5. We keep the menu simple and focus on the cooking. It is a lot of standing on your feet, but we are used to it by now. It is a long day for everyone involved but we manage just fine with what we have here on this street in Kirlokri. We're just a local spot.
