Madhuban Restaurant

We've been here at B-71 in Greater Kailash - I for a while now. Most people around here know Madhuban Restaurant just as a spot to grab a bite. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we show up every morning, get the kitchen going, and wait for the lunch crowd. The traffic in GK-I can be a bit much sometimes, but once you're inside, it’s just us. We spend a lot of time cleaning tables and making sure things are ready. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if we aren't all related. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit, or a chair wobbles, but that’s just how it is here. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to talk to people. We just talk like we do at home. Dealing with the local suppliers takes up a good chunk of the morning. Then it’s just serving food until we close up late at night. The 110048 area has changed a lot, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a job, but it’s also where we spend most of our lives. We know the regulars by name and what they usually want to eat. Nothing too complicated about it. We just keep the doors open and do the work day after day. We don't really have a boss who sits in an office; we're all out here on the floor. It gets sweaty in the kitchen, but that's just how the work goes. We're just here to feed the neighborhood.
