You can find us at 222, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-Ii. That is where Leroy Somer & Controls India (P) Ltd. is based. We have been in this part of Delhi for a long time. Okhla is a very busy place with a lot of energy and people moving around. Our building is a standard industrial unit that has plenty of space for our equipment and the team. We spend our time managing the controls and dealing with the technical stuff that comes our way every single day. It can be a bit of a maze in Phase-Ii if you aren't used to the roads here. We have a small parking area out front that is almost always full by the time we start. Inside, it’s mostly open space with some partitions for the office staff to do their paperwork. We don't go in for fancy interiors or decorations. The walls are just a plain off-white color and there are plenty of cables and tools lying around. It is the kind of place where real work happens. We have a small area in the back where we eat lunch together. Most of our talk is about the day's tasks or what is happening in the local neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate feel here despite the long name. It’s just a group of people at 222 trying to keep things running as smoothly as possible. We just get on with it.
