Kamal Overseas

You can find us at G-41 in Lajpat Nagar I. This neighborhood is always full of life, especially with the market so close by. Kamal Overseas has been based in this spot for quite a while now. It is a typical Delhi setup—a busy street, neighbors living right above or next to the shops, and plenty of people walking by at all hours. The staircase up to the office is a bit narrow and steep, so you have to be careful when carrying heavy things. Our office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We do a lot of work with things going abroad, so there are often boxes stacked up near the door waiting to be picked up. We have a small window that lets us see what is going on in the street below. It is a great place to people-watch when you need a five-minute break. The staff here is small, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for years. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the computer. It is not a fancy corporate environment. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. It is just a regular office.
