Finesse Chocolates

Our shop is located at East Of Kailash A-10. It’s a residential area, so things aren't as loud as the big commercial markets nearby. Since we work with chocolates, we spend a lot of our time worrying about the temperature. If the room gets too warm, everything starts to melt, so the air conditioning is basically always on. It’s just a few of us here. Our mornings are filled with tempering and molding, and the smell of cocoa is pretty much everywhere. The space isn't very large, so we have to be careful with how we store our supplies and boxes. We don't have a big, flashy storefront with neon lights or anything like that. It’s mostly a place where people who already know about us come to pick up their orders. We do all the wrapping and boxing by hand, which is a slow process. Sometimes a ribbon isn't perfectly centered or a box has a tiny dent, but that’s what happens when you’re doing it all yourself. We’ve had plenty of long nights, especially when the holidays come around and things get busy. We don't use a lot of fancy machinery; most of it is just bowls, spatulas, and a lot of patience. Being at A-10 suits us well. It’s a quiet spot but still easy enough for people to find when they need to. We’re just trying to keep things steady and stay on top of all the small tasks that need doing every day.
