You can find Deepak Glass Industries over at 50-C, Bharat Nagar. We are right across from Deep Sweet House in New Friends Colony. It’s a well-known landmark, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. Working with glass means we have to be a bit more careful than other businesses. The shop is full of racks and cutting tables. It’s not the most modern space, but we have everything we need to get the job done. The floor is covered in tiny bits of glass sometimes, so we all wear thick-soled shoes. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We’ve been in Bharat Nagar for a long time and we’ve seen the colony change quite a bit over the decades. The morning starts with unloading the new sheets and making sure nothing got cracked during transport. It’s a bit of a jigsaw puzzle trying to fit everything into the storage space. We don't have a marketing team or a polished website. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling based on our reputation in the neighborhood. We take our breaks when we can, often grabbing a snack from the sweet house across the road. It’s a steady rhythm of measuring, cutting, and loading. We aren't looking for world domination; we just want to keep the shop running and the glass moving. It’s a practical, everyday sort of place to work.
