Brajwasi Sweets Corner

Brajwasi Sweets Corner sits right on Road A-8 in the Tigri Devli Extension. If you know the area, it is easy to spot. The morning starts early here, usually before the sun is even fully up. We have to get the large pans going for the day. There is always a lot of steam and the smell of milk boiling. The shop isn't huge, but we make use of every inch of space we have. Most of our day is spent behind the glass counters, arranging things and cleaning the trays. Tigri Devli Extension can be quite a busy place with people rushing to work or coming back home. We see the same faces every day, mostly neighbors or people living nearby on Road A-8. Sometimes the floor gets a bit sticky, so we are constantly mopping it down. It is a family-run kind of thing, so there is always someone talking or checking the inventory in the back. We don't really do much advertising. People just know we are here at this address. The chairs are simple and the fans keep the air moving when it gets hot outside. We keep the lights on late because the street stays active. It is just a regular shop doing regular things every day. We handle the cash, wrap up the orders in paper, and keep things moving as fast as we can. It gets very busy on Sundays and we all have to pitch in to keep the lines short.
