Bhagwan Sweet

Bhagwan Sweet has been around Safdarjung Enclave for a while now. We are right over at B3-1B, near the Delhi G P O. It’s a busy spot, but we like being here in the middle of everything. The shop isn't fancy or anything, just a place where we keep things moving every day. People stop in while they are out doing errands. We mostly just focus on getting the work done and making sure the trays are full. It gets pretty crowded in the afternoons, especially when the weather is nice. My family started this, and we've just kept at it without making a big fuss. Sometimes the floor is a bit messy during the rush, but that's just how it goes when you're busy. We don't really do much advertising or have a big website. Most folks just know where we are by word of mouth. If you are walking around Safdarjung, you’ll probably see our sign. It's nothing special to look at, but we are here from early morning until late. We know the neighbors and they know us. The benches are a bit old, and the paint might be peeling in a corner, but it feels like home to us. We just try to keep the counters clean and the regulars happy. It’s a simple life running a sweet shop in this part of Delhi. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day.
