Bassak Foods Llp

We are located at 6/104 in Kaushilya Park, right in the middle of Hauz Khas. It is a nice enough spot, though parking around here can be a real headache sometimes. We have been operating Bassak Foods Llp from this little corner for a bit. It’s not a huge setup, just a few of us working together to get things done. We started this because we all liked food and wanted to do something of our own in South West Delhi. Most mornings start with us checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be ordered for the day. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. People think running a food business is all about tasting stuff, but mostly it is about cleaning up and making sure the fridge is cold enough. The neighborhood is quiet during the day, which we like. We have a few neighbors who drop by just to say hello or ask what we are cooking. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big order to prep, and the walk back through the park is actually quite peaceful at night. We are just a small team trying to make a living in the city. It’s not always easy with the heat and the bills, but we manage to keep going every day. We just take it one order at a time here in Hauz Khas.
