Anmol Buying Connections is located right in Gurudwara Market, at number 2. Sri Niwas Puri is a pretty active place, and being in the market means there is always something happening outside the door. We spend our days connecting buyers with what they need. It’s a lot of checking prices and looking at quality. Some of the samples we get are great, others not so much. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and the neighbors are all okay. The office is a bit small, especially when we have a lot of crates coming in. We try to keep things tidy but usually, there's a pile of something in the corner that needs sorting. It gets pretty hot in the summer months and the fan just moves the warm air around without doing much. We talk to a lot of different suppliers. Some are easy to deal with and others are a real headache. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things move along. Sometimes we lose track of time when a big order comes through. It’s not a glamorous life but it pays the bills and keeps us occupied. People stop by the market and occasionally pop their heads in to see what we're up to. We just keep our heads down and work through the lists. The files are organized by year, mostly. It is just a regular day-to-day operation for us here in the market, nothing more, nothing less.
