We are based at B-1/E-27 in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate. American Power Conversion (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this facility for a good while. The area is full of different companies, so there is always a lot of movement and trucks coming in and out. Our building is a standard industrial setup. We focus on power stuff, like batteries and backup systems, which are pretty important around here given how the electricity can be. Inside, it’s mostly technical talk and people checking circuits or testing equipment. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our work is done in the back or out at client sites. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and some newer faces. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just make sure the machines keep running when the power fails. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to explain it to people in a way that makes sense without using too much jargon. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stalls nearby. It is a straightforward place to work. We just show up, do the testing, and send the products out to where they are needed. The fans in the warehouse are always running to keep things cool for everyone working there.
