Alam Pan Bhandhar

Our place, Alam Pan Bhandhar, is located at 73/6 in Jamia Nagar. It is a small spot on a street that always seems to have something going on. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets in the evenings. We have our little counter set up where we keep all the leaves and jars. There isn't much room to move around inside, but we make it work. Most of the day is spent preparing the items and making sure everything is within reach. Jamia Nagar is a lively place with a lot of students and families walking around. We see everyone from young kids to the older folks who have lived here for decades. The shop has been at 73/6 for a bit. It’s not a big corporate store, just a local stall. Sometimes the rain splashes under the awning, and we have to move the jars back a bit. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and stay until late at night. The lighting is a bit dim inside, but it’s enough to see what we are doing. People stop for a minute, chat about the weather, and then move on. It is a simple life running a shop in this part of Delhi. We just keep things moving and wait for the next person to walk by.
