Luxmi Sweets & Restaurant

You can find us in the complex market on Old Civil Hospital Road in Sirsa. We are near the LS Talkies, so we get a lot of people coming in before or after the movies. Our place is a mix of a sweet shop and a restaurant, so we have counters with glass displays for the sweets and then tables in the back for meals. The address is 125055, and this part of Sirsa Ho is always moving. We open up early to start making the fresh sweets for the day. There is always a lot of steam in the back from the milk boiling and the sugar syrups being prepared. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a long time. The floor is often a bit sticky because of all the sugar, so we are constantly mopping it. When a big movie lets out at the talkies, the whole place fills up within minutes and it gets very loud. We don't have any fancy lighting, just some bright tubes on the ceiling. People come in to buy boxes of sweets to take home or just sit down for a quick plate of food. It is a family-run kind of spot and things can get a bit chaotic when it is busy. We just try to keep the trays full and the customers served as best as we can manage. We don't have any formal uniforms or things like that.
