If you are driving down Old Civil Hospital Road in Sirsa, you will see Kwality Meat Dhaba. We are situated right across from the LIC building, so that is a good landmark if you aren't familiar with the street. Being in Sirsa Ho means we get a lot of local traffic and people who have lived here for years. It’s a proper dhaba style setup where the focus is really on the meat dishes. We aren't trying to be a fine dining place or anything like that. It’s more about big portions and flavors that people expect when they sit down for a meal. The road gets busy during the day but things really pick up for us when dinner time rolls around. We’ve got the kitchen going from early on.
